Senior Manager - Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
Accountabilities :
- As a Senior Manager, you will use local TAQ plans to create, develop and implement a robust EBRM strategy for your region. You will provide advice and guidance to GTAQ Leaders to build attraction strategies for critical hiring needs.
- You will also lead a project team of in-country talent acquisition partners to deliver employer brand activities and initiatives and build regional communities.
- Additionally, you will monitor and measure the effectiveness of EB / recruitment marketing campaigns against key measures of success on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI.
Essential Skills/Experience :
- Proven experience of working in a Talent Acquisition function in an Employer Brand/Talent Marketing role.
- Deep knowledge of the general recruitment process and the ways that employer brand, social media and recruitment marketing can impact the candidate experience and recruitment campaign results.
- Campaign execution and management experience.
- Experience of working with external vendors.
- Strong stakeholder management experience and a strong relationship builder / influencer.
- Experience of digital recruitment marketing strategies, including the use of social media in recruiting.
- Experience of working in a global, complex organisation.
- Experience in using data and recruiting forecasts to build campaign strategy / approach.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
