Job Responsibilities:
The incumbement will be responsible for:
- Diagonising, investigating and resolving high sensitive and complex employee relations issues in areas of disciplinary / performance/ sexual harressment / criminial/ financial aspecrs
- Work with business leaders, stakeholders , legal and business HR to resolve the issues in a smooth and efficient manner
- Help resolve the employee relations issues and help mitigate the risk to the company
Candidate Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience with a masters degree in HR.
- Problem solving and strong communication skills
- Being in the Employee relations portfolio for the last 5 years
