Job Description :

Labour Law Compliance :

- Remittances & Returns under various labour laws viz. PF, ESIC, LWF and PT

- Initiating statutory registration as per new amendments / notifications.

- Handling statutory inspections & notices

- Branch Compliances including displays of certificates & abstracts

Employee Relations & Disciplinary Actions:

- Advising HRBP into matter of employee misconducts to adhere to principles of nature justice

- Coordinating for disciplinary actions against employees

- Drafting of Disciplinary letters and maintaining MIS

- Handling conciliation matter

- Providing support to Legal, compliance & secretarial teams.

- Managing employee background verifications and dealing with critical observation

HR Policies:

- Designing framework and drafting HR Policies

- Ensuring timely review of HR Policies

- Maintaining repository of HR Policies

Employee Benefits :

- Managing employee insurance benefits (Mediclaim & Insurance)

- Supporting employee claim processing

- Employee communications

Education :- Diploma in labour law/ Degree in labour law
