Responsibilities:
- Manage HR Operations Team centrally as well as across regions (All Employee Life-cycle activities from On-boarding to Exit)
- Owner of all Employee Data
- Oversee Employee Benefits including ESIC
- Stakeholder management across businesses, levels and geographies
- Developing competitive and contemporary reward packages
- Ensuring compliance of packages with labour laws and organizational philosophy
- Driving and implementing packages across the organization
- Regularly participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing compensation and benefit figures and structures
- Regularly reviewing pension and insurance schemes and suggesting revision
- Developing and maintaining personnel record systems in accordance with current Labor Laws.
- Quantitative Computations During Appraisal cycle.
- Increment calculations & Promotion data Validation during appraisal cycle.
- Handling the payroll processing & management
- Calculation of Variable Pay Data Company Wide
- Setting up Talent Analytics
- Practical application of talent analytics
- Ensuring circulation of various dashboards in time to the right stakeholders
- Liaison with Finance & Accounts Team for all cost data flow
Skills Required:
- Experience in handling high Headcount
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize work, Multi-tasking and manage time effectively
- Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
- Adequate knowledge of current labor laws and regulations
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
