Sr. Manager- Employee Experience & Engagement
Job description :
- The role holder will be managing the employee experience and engagement portfolio for the Organization.
- Develop strategy & framework to drive various initiatives
- Drive in employee engagement activities by defining the calendar and measure the engagement score by conducting surveys
- Design & implement organization wide performance management system to align employees in achieving the business vision
- Create the career progression and rollout the communication to employees to help them understand their career journey
- Connect with Business leaders to drive organization-wide culture building initiatives
- Define & Deliver initiatives to improve the employee experience at every touchpoint of employee lifecycle.
- Develop retention strategy to be an employer of choice and build employer branding.
- Organization Development Initiatives
- Looking at professionals with 10-15 years of experience handling the experience & engagement portfolio form a mid tier IT Organization.
