Job Overview:
This job role will require the incumbent to oversee and execute Employee Engagement activities and craft and implement engaging initiatives that boost morale, productivity, and retention.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies which is aligned with the company's values.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing employee experience and satisfaction.
- Create a comprehensive and sustainable Employee Engagement Annual Calendar for pan India locations.
- Plan and organize various engagement activities, events, and programs such as team-building exercises, wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Conduct regular focused groups and one-on-one meetings to understand employee needs and concerns, leading to a more transparent and responsive work environment.
- Design and drive surveys (including benchmark surveys such as GPTW and Kincentric) and use other assessment tools to measure employee satisfaction, engagement levels, and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyse engagement data and feedback to generate actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing employee engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and team leaders on best practices for fostering a positive work culture and improving employee engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop training sessions and workshops on topics related to employee engagement, communication, and leadership development.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and incorporate innovative approaches into engagement initiatives.
