5. Authority of MIS for decision making
6. Taking care of Insurance coverage for all the employees
7. Taking care of Employee Statutory Benefits
8. Attrition analysis, consultation and reporting to Top Management
9. Preparing budgets as per the projected hiring numbers, analyzing the variance between budget and actual
10. Calculating bonus as per eligibility, Validating business recommendations and calculating Bonus
11. Handling the Final Settlement process
12. Defining policies on employee benefits etc..
