Senior Manager - EMI Card

This mail is regarding Job opportunity for Senior Manager - EMI Card (Vintage) Activation

Duties And Responsibilities :

1. Own the EMI Card - 9 MOD portfolio across Consumer Durable, Lifestyle Finance, Digital Product & REMI Businesses

2. Responsible for the - Activation and Usage- metrics of all segments and variants of EMI card

3. Work with Business & Key accounts team to drive Offer Penetration metric for EMI Card base

4. Drive activation of - 9 MOD EMI Card at Acquiring Retailer

5. Drive carding & activation of Virtual Card BFL customers

6. Create & execute awareness campaigns to drive EMI card as a preferred card

7. Drive share EMI card's share of (customer) wallet

8. Define, drive & monitor stimulation & activation campaigns for EMI card customer franchise basis product priority stamping

9. Design and run daily offer & stimulation campaigns for EMI cards

10. Engagement with Marketing, Analytics and Product teams to drive campaign efficiency metrics. Own the ongoing interventions pipe to build efficiency driving capabilities

11. Ensure offer & stimulus match with target segment for all campaigns

12. Ensure continuous monitoring of all Activation & Usage campaigns, publish MIS by BFL card variant type and by Product Category/Retail ecosystem

13. Monitor and optimize customer attrition

14. Designing systems and matrices to enhance overall productivity and profitability

Required Qualifications:

1. Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree with 4-6 years of work experience

2. Should have excellent understanding and experience in using campaign management platforms & tools

3. Should have proven track record in activation of a financial services (preferably cards) franchise

4. Prior ARU experience in Financial Services / Credit card Industry would be an added advantage

5. Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills

6. Should have excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills

7. High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials
