Senior Manager - Education

This role requires hands-on experience in project management, research, and stakeholder engagement, particularly within the education sector. Ideal candidates will have experience in functional literacy, numeracy, and education system strengthening, along with a strong background in conducting and managing large-scale research studies.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of research, evaluation, education and strategic projects, ensuring quality outcomes within time and budget constraints.

- Capacity Building: Support internal team development and capacity enhancement within project contexts.

- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including corporates, donor organizations, and implementation partners.

- Organizational Development: Contribute to strategic growth and development initiatives

- Consulting Experience: Prior experience in consulting, particularly within the social impact sector, is preferred.
