- Developing and executing Ecommerce & Modern Trade Strategy
- Managing the growth, penetration and share gains of the 4 key categories of business
- Manage day-to-day marketplace Modern Trade & E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance, and performance
- Sales targets, on-site campaigns, promotion planning, operations and Customer relation management
- Strategy formation and Growth planning
- Right utilization of the budgets for key accounts.
- Conduct Monthly Business review with partners.
- Develop Joint Business Plan with partners broken down into quarter and months
- Feed Product Development Ideas thru category Insights gathered through channel partners and tracking competitor activity
- Responsible for identifying new ways to improve site conversion, average order size, and other key performance indicators to maximize sales growth and profitability.
Experience Required:
- Very good understanding of Sales and distribution of FMCG categories. The candidate must have Ecommerce experience
