Sr. Ecomm Manager / Sr. Key Account Manager | FMCG
Job description :
The primary responsibility is to handle the e-commerce channel to generate revenue and build consumer engagement. This is a role which spans across functions like marketing, sales, product and procurement.
The key responsibilities will be
Business Responsibility :- Manage P&L for the Product Category
- Manage expansion and consumer engagement objectives
- Design a sales roadmap and ensure execution for the same
Brand/Product Management :- Will be responsible for the product portfolio of the category
- Do a Competitor benchmarking and build positioning of the Brand
- Handle Branding agencies to develop designs and digital assets and create POS materials with clear messaging
- Work on pricing strategy to ensure positioning is achieved as per brand requirements
- Coordinate with multiple departments like procurement, production etc. to ensure availability of the product as required
-Work on aspects like packaging and brand communication
Digital Marketing/eCommerce :- Lead the overall strategy, planning and execution for all Ecomm platforms
- Drive the overall Digital marketing strategy including campaign suggestions, video concepts, budget management and hygiene check.
- Digital campaigns management by optimizing key metrics such as CPM, CPV, VTR, CTR etc.
- Continuous improvement in AMS campaigns to reduce ACos and drive business.
- Responsible for website management and deliver activities to drive traffic to the website
- Explainer videos for the products, other promotion videos as and when required
What we are looking at :
- Candidates from FMCG / Consumer durable industry are preferred
- Candidates should have experience in handling e-commerce channels like flipkart, Amazon etc
- Preferable MBA from Tier 1 B School; Tier 2 B School with relevant experience.
