Senior Manager - eCommerce - FMCG

Keyskills :

- Experience in ecommerce/D2C roles with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities :

- Draw up and deliver ambitious sales plans for our D2C platform. Overall in charge of business delivery

- Deliver customer delight through on-site and off-site interventions

- Oversee operation of own website, app, content platform and any other digital D2C initiatives, leading up to metrics around sales, traffic, engagement, LTV/CAC and NPS

- Run an effective acquisition funnel with diversified acquisition sources, and strong customer loyalty

- In charge of performance marketing channels, budgets and ROI

- Liaise with product and marketing teams to help achieve sales objectives
