eCommerce (E-tail) Manager - B2B
To assist and effectively support brand & category management daily operations of the brand's products to ensure continuing contribution to business volume, share, profit and return on assets objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for managing relationships with ecommerce portals & the market place sellers, operations, networks and 3P vendors to ensure flawless and timely execution of various marketing activities. Expand online presence of products in India with a focus on key online partners like Amazon BISS, Amazon B2B, PayTM, Industry buying, Power2sme- in India
Responsibilities -
- Manage all aspects of the e-commerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, customer service and web analytics
- Developing strategies specific for ecommerce channel for assortment planning, pricing, product gap analysis and merchandise promotion.
- Competition mapping of similar brands in the category and category analysis for understanding the market trends & sales trending,
- Analyze sell through and ensure optimum level of inventory with the partner
- Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the e-commerce strategy
- Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
- Develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing
- Manage all aspects of web analytics related to e-commerce and communicate relevant information to relevant teams
- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-commerce sales and profitability
- Identify new areas of e-commerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
- Optimize online assortment; distribution, product, pricing, pack size, unique SKUs
- Improve brand presence online; digital assets, product tours, reviews, brand pages
- Drive sales conversion online with targeted eCommerce shopper marketing
- Develop data analytics and insights capability to drive sales conversion online
- Identify and develop relevant consumer and/or shopper insights
- Provide project and/or marketing leadership on innovation projects
- Collaborate & coordinate with Global teams to assess future India e-tail expansion targets
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate degree in Marketing or Business Administration with minimum 10 years of experience
- Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes
- Prior experience managing eCommerce activities for CPG company
- Experience with SMB products within B2B space will be an added advantage
- Proven leadership of large e-commerce projects with good knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics
- Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
- Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
