Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

JD : Retail Banking Head

Location India

Reporting to the Global Delivery Head- BNFS (senior leadership role in Banking and Financial Services Vertical)

Expected Experience : At least 12-15 years + of Banking experience in Retail Banking activities with exposure to ITeS Industry will be added advantage.

Education Background : University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, preferably with other professional qualifications.

- Must have worked in the Retail/ Commercial Banking space extensively in technology and / or operations areas. This could be either directly working for a Retail/ Commercial bank or a technology services provider

- Specific knowledge in functional areas within the Retail banking domain will be a significant advantage (e.g. New Client Onboarding setup, Account Servicing, Lending Service Operations, Remittance processing, Merchant services, Chargebacks, Recon etc.)

- Strong consulting skills and deep experience in Domain consulting engagements will be a significant advantage in this role. Must have deep understanding of the industry and technology trends in the space and build a Practice Capability Roadmap. Experience of working on proposals (RFP/ RFQ/ RFI) is desired.

- Ability to interact with deal advisory and analysts. Must be able to identify opportunities in the industry and also prioritize them based on specific criteria (such as quick wins etc.).Should be able to lead, manage and build a team of business analysts engaged in the Retail Banking space .Should be able to work with cross functional teams especially in putting together bids in pursuit of opportunities in the space.

- Deeper understanding of regulations across US/Europe Relationship. Must have the ability to connect with customer and lead conversations/discussions on deals / programs and able to present solutions with relevant business perspective to potential customers. Should be able to build relationships at senior levels within the client organization. This includes ability to present immaculately for customer and internal presentations to senior level client-audience and industry professionals and C-Suite Leadership

- A team player who can manage efficiently in a changing environment

Communication: - Strong people skills with high integrity and a team attitude. This person is also expected to have outstanding written and oral communication skills reflective of the senior management team.
