Overview:
Diversity and Inclusion is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization. They collaborate with various departments to create an inclusive workplace culture that values and respects differences.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategies aligned with the organization's goals and values.
- Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
Training and Education:
- Design and deliver training programs to raise awareness and promote understanding of diversity and inclusion issues.
- Provide educational resources and support to employees and leadership on DEI best practices.
Recruitment and Hiring:
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure diverse candidate pools and equitable hiring practices.
- Implement strategies to attract, recruit, and retain diverse talent.
Employee Engagement:
- Foster an inclusive workplace culture through employee resource groups, affinity networks, and other initiatives.
- Organize events and activities that celebrate diversity and promote cultural awareness.
Policy Development:
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are inclusive and equitable.
- Advocate for policies that support diversity and inclusion at all levels of the organization.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Regularly assess and report on progress towards diversity and inclusion goals.
Qualifications: Mandatory FULL TIME MBA / MA
