Senior Manager - Diversity and Inclusion ( Female candidate Only )
As a D&I Leader:
- Design and promote D&I strategies that emphasize the firm's efforts towards and commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and culture
- Partner with the internal committee on D&I and the Human Capital group to devise and implement D&I initiatives with a focus on achieving measurable and sustainable results
- Research and explore industry trends and adopt best practices to increase workforce diversity and cultivate an inclusive environment
- Identify and organize mediums to capture employee feedback and suggestions
- Review organisation wide policies, benefits, and practices to leverage the impact of diversity and foster an inclusive culture
- Take a holistic, data-driven approach through extensive reporting and analytics to understand issues and generate suggestions and improvements.
- Evaluate platforms and spearhead communications that maximize employee engagement and keep them abreast of D&I efforts
- Communicate with management and business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
- Ensure compliance with state and/or country regulations on diversity and equality
We are looking for you :
Ideal candidates should have:
- A bachelor's or a master's degree with at least ten years of relevant experience in Human Capital, with a focus on developing and incorporating D&I programs
- A deep understanding and expertise of D&I and knowledge of global trends
- The ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with executive leadership
- The capacity to multitask and manage large-scale projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- A collaborative approach to coordinating between multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with and understanding of legal matters related to diversity, equality, and inclusion, specifically central/state government regulations, will be an added advantage
