Job Description:

- Experienced in efficiently handling distributor billing (DB) processes, ensuring accuracy in transactions and maintaining strong relationships with distribution partners.
- Proven capability to drive monthly turnover targets through strategic planning, effective execution, and proactive sales management techniques.
- Skilled in managing off-role associates, providing leadership, guidance, and training to optimize team performance and achieve collective goals.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive analysis of sales data and market trends, utilizing insights to develop and implement targeted sales initiatives that drive business growth.
- Proficient in generating detailed impact reports to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, allowing for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
