KPIs :
1. B2B and B2C Research Expertise:
- Steer primary research projects, ensuring refined delivery of B2B and B2C insights.
- Leverage intrinsic understanding and expertise to aptly navigate the nuances and demands of both B2B and B2C research contexts.
2. Strategic Research Leadership:
- Pioneer the development and deployment of innovative and accurate primary research methodologies, ensuring actionable insights for our B2B and B2C clientele.
3. Client Management:
- Employ proven expertise in nurturing and managing B2B and B2C client relationships, ensuring alignment of research outputs with client objectives and strategic aspirations.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Research Methodology and Implementation - MANDATORY
- Oversee the design and execution of research methodologies, including but not limited to surveys, interviews, focus groups, and observational research.
- Ensure the integration of various research techniques like Conjoint Analysis, MaxDiff, TURF Analysis, etc., to derive insightful data.
2. Client Management MANDATORY
- Write RFPs, Proposals, establish and nurture relationships with both B2B and B2C research clients, understanding their needs and aligning research deliverables accordingly.
- Manage client expectations and ensure delivery of high-quality research output.
3. Research Leadership:
- Lead, design, and manage complex primary research projects across multiple sectors.
- Ensure that research projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
4. Team Management and Development:
- Lead and develop a high-performance research team, ensuring they are aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Mentor and guide team members, facilitating their professional growth.
5. Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities, forge alliances, and drive the expansion of research services.
- Participate in and lead pitches for new business, demonstrating exceptional research capabilities.
6. Quality Assurance:
- Implement and oversee quality assurance protocols to ensure that research data, findings, and reports are accurate, reliable, and comply with relevant standards.
7. Knowledge Management:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and ensure the research team is updated with emerging methodologies and tools.
8. Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to align research activities with strategic objectives.
- Provide strategic inputs based on research findings to guide decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field. A Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in research delivery with reputed global consulting and market research firms
- Proven expertise in leading and managing large scale B2B and B2C research projects across varied sectors.
- A robust portfolio of managing primary research engagements employing varied techniques such as Market Surveys, Interviews, Focus Group Discussions, Ethnography, etc.
