Job Description:

The Senior Account Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of client accounts. This role holds a high level of responsibility for maintaining customer satisfaction, customer retention, and operational excellence. As a strategic member of the team, this individual will ensure clients derive maximum value from our services and product offerings, have the foresight to identify new revenue opportunities from existing accounts, and an in-depth understanding of the clients' individual experiences to prevent potential issues before they arise.

Responsibilities:

- Retain & grow existing Accounts revenue through upselling & cross selling

- Mapping of all existing accounts with all key stake holders

- Build relation through extensive networking & establish healthy relationships with CXOs.

- Have complete ownership of sales cycle.

- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and maximize retention.

- Develop a strategic business expansion plan along with CSMs.

- Identify and develop cross selling opportunities by strengthening customer relationship and establishing trust, to grow company business.

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

What we look for?

- 12+ years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role in IT SALES background.

- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).

- Experience in Product engineering space will be a great added advantage.

- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
