Position Overview: The Director of Partnerships will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing strategic partnership initiatives that align with our company's business objectives. This role requires a dynamic and resourceful leader who can identify and cultivate relationships with key partners, drive revenue growth, and enhance the company's market presence through strategic alliances
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, including technology providers, industry associations, and other strategic entities.
- Lead negotiations and manage the execution of partnership agreements.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure long-term success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues and ensuring mutual benefits.
- Facilitate regular communication and collaboration with partners to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Market Analysis and Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure partnership initiatives are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and proper management of partnership agreements.
Performance Management:
- Set and track partnership goals and KPIs to measure success and impact.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status and performance of partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Experience in the SAAS industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
