Sr.Manager / Director- Leadership Hiring (Technology)
Responsibilities :
- In charge of Technology , Corporate Leadership hiring across business.
- Interacting with the Hiring Managers to understand the requirement and source best professionals in stipulated SLA for leadership requirements.
- Reviewing strategies with on regular basis in terms of hiring and business projections.
- Identify leadership talent pool and market availability and build a strong mechanism to support business requirements
- Guide the team around key priorities and goals.
- Looking at professionals with 15+ years of experience in handling Leadership Hiring portfolio from large IT services organization.
