- Succession Planning, Leadership Development & Business Development experience in global organization
- Total experience of 8-15 years.
- Exp can be any domain of HR preferably in a Consulting / GCC setup
- Consulting experience of 6+ years must.
- Consulting Approach, Building Outstanding Processes & Performance Driven Organizations, HR Business Partner, Catalyst for Optimum Resource Planning, Talent Management, Transitions Management Expertise, Process Management -Set-up, Stabilization & Re-engineering, Change Management, Reporting & Documentation, Annual Performance Appraisal
