A leading eCommerce major with a cureent valuation of upward 5 Million is looking for a Senior Manager /Director HR (2 positions) based out of Bangalore to manager HR for their Technology vertical.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with business leaders for all employee related initiatives.
- Articulate and execute all HR lifecycle Processes.
- Managing HR Generalist activities - Ensuring excellence in service delivery for HR processes i.e. performance appraisal, promotion, incentives, rewards and recognition etc.
- Managing employee relations
- Design and implement talent management and retention activities.
- Design and manage training plan for all employees in India.
- Proactively lead Employee Engagement activities
- Develop succession for key leadership through an optimum blend of internal and external talent.
- Drive external and global HR best practices
- Responsible for all labor law compliances
Degree - specializing in Human Resources from top premium institute (TISS, XLRI, XIMB, SIMB, MDI, XISS etc)
- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate, influence and resolve controversial, high-impact human resources issues
- Lead human resources strategy discussions and generate plans for implementation in accordance with ISG objectives; pursue and implement new business opportunities
- Has previous and proven experience in working with cross functional and global teams and Leaders.
