Key Responsibilities -
- To lead HR delivery and objectives for the Tech vertical that will provide an employee-oriented high-performance culture emphasising quality, productivity, goal attainment and empowerment and is responsible for the development of processes that support the achievement of the Company's business goals as well as acting as talent expert across the Tech vertical
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to find out creative ways to attract right talent, how to keep the recruitment funnel healthy, how do we ensure 100% joining with no drop out, efficient and effective ways to keep the teams motivated and retained
- Focus on employee development by closely working with the L&D team providing them with ground level feedback to curate their Training Modules as per requirement
- Build HR Connect with employees to identify factors leading to Employee Retention and come up with a roadmap and effective implementation plan to have a positive impact on Employee engagement and retention
- Manage Business stakeholders, provide them with guidance and play the role of an effective Business Partner
- Keep the stakeholders updated on the People metrices for the Tech vertical by publishing weekly/monthly reports
- Ability to monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
- Act as a mediator between core HR functions and employee; resolve employee grievances by providing a sounding board and taking things to a logical closure
Eligibility criteria -
- 4 years' experience on HR Business Partnering
- 2012 to 2016 pass out from Tier 1 & tier 2
- MBA in HR from a reputed B School
- Need to showcase organizational skill and critical thinking day-in and day-out
- Proven track record of effectively working with stakeholders
- Effective, versatile, action-oriented, detail oriented, analytical and innovative bent of mind
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Team-first orientation - consistently puts the interests of the broader team ahead of their own personal agenda
