Senior Manager - Sales & Operations - eCommerce - MBA
Scope of the Role: Responsible for Try at Home Channel sales, Generate Revenue with the help of leads generated in coordination with Online and Store teams. Manage Stock inventory, Channel P&L and sales force management.
- Coordinate with internal support groups to maximize performance.
- Provide strategic solutions to enhance overall customer experience of the channel and that long-term customer relationship is maintained.
- Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving sales targets.
- Mapping potential customers and generate leads.
- Sales Resource Management: Recruiting well-qualified resources for contributing to the company's sales development.
- Consulting with the top management of the company, and drafting sales policies and marketing strategies.
- Generate Weekly/ Monthly Sales Reports.
- Responsible for assisting in resolving conflict, issues related to people concerns.
- Ensuring that company policies and procedures are adhered to including but not limited to Security, HR, Operations, etc. and any infractions of these corporate policies and procedures are communicated to the proper management personnel immediately.
- Setting of Quality circles to ensure quality execution of tasks.
- Monitoring, evaluating calls and providing coaching/ positive reinforcement.
- Providing periodical reviews to the higher management.
- Managing team absenteeism and shrinkage.
