To be a trusted digitization expert for providing guidance around operations and optimization of technology and services for the 4PL business vertical of FOODLAND; providing innovative and secure technologies and building an intelligent operating model to drive exceptional results for both FOODLAND and client.
A. PLANNING AND EXECUTION
1. To own and drive end-to-end digitization enhancements and align technology related research with the organization's overall vision, strategies, and objectives.
2. To integrate and coordinate the development of and implementation of digitization projects for 4PL business vertical of FOODLAND to achieve maximum efficiencies and synergies.
3. To deliver desired business outcomes through effective planning and ensure implementation to realize maximum benefit with minimized risk for projects/stakeholders/customers by leveraging a consistent framework and processes defined by the Business Vertical.
4. To collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain digitization roadmap thus support in the identification and prioritization of required technology initiatives for S&OP and 4PL systems.
5. To be responsible for technology capability assessment, establishment of new technology services thus fostering innovation and promoting process excellence.
B. TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH
1. To develop requirements, outlines, budgets, and schedulers for digitization projects
2. To lead research and evaluation of emerging trends in S&OP related to technology field to determine their worth to FOODLAND.
3. To utilize in-depth technical knowledge and FOODLAND business requirements to assist/ coordinate in designing and implementing secure solutions to meet and or create competitive advantage for FOODLAND in technological frontier whilst protecting the data integrity.
4. To educate internal stakeholder and design and oversee training, learning and development initiatives on the use of new technology and assist them to implement the solutions that will maximize their value to the organization.
5. To conducts audits of currently implemented technologies to verify the results of their applications for the Business vertical.
C. POLICY AND PROCEDURES:
1. To makes recommendations for digitization plans and policies by assessing the results of the organization, finding issues, determining requirements, and evaluating the feasibility of current industry trends.
2. To actively participates in long-range strategic planning and manage policy development to address complex business issues.
3. To coordinate for periodic review of software documentation to ensure they are up to date, accurate and sufficiently descriptive.
4. To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
D. COST MANAGEMENT:
1. To be responsible for business analysis and suggesting initiatives for cost optimization
2. To assist in understanding the technology goals vis a vis the financial goals by anticipating requirements, assisting in yearly budget, scheduling purchases, examining variances, and taking actions to implement solutions.
