JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Demonstrate thought leadership & develop a long-term roadmap for digital transformation
- Evaluate emerging technologies & external landscape, provide innovative solutions for digital adoption to drive enhanced customer experience.
- Co-create integrated Marketing campaigns for brands by focusing on customer journey, robust content model & appropriate channel mix to build multichannel programs for brands while working closely with the marketing team
- Lead media planning for all digital platforms
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including senior leadership to raise digital marketing capabilities of the marketing team
Essential qualifications : Candidate should be Graduate and MBA. Degree in digital marketing is an added advantage
Experience : 8+ years' experience in healthcare industry or technology /consulting companies with dual experience of brand management (marketing) & Digital marketing
Skills:
Understanding of brand management, brand growth levers, evolving customer needs & behavior
- Understanding of evolving digital space & emerging technologies/channels/platforms and its relevance to the pharmaceutical/Healthcare/OTC industry
- Experience in developing customer journeys, content developmental models & channel mix to enhance consumer experience
