Sr. Manager Digital Transformation- Capital Market/ Investment Banking

Hiring for Sr. Manager Digital Transformation role with MNC based out of Gurgaon.

Business Line : Investment Banking

Product : Capital Market

Key Responsibilities :

- Driving efficiencies & cost savings Operation & Finance transformational initiatives/projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes & budget estimations including risk mitigation.

- Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the idea lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across multiple initiatives.

- Responsible for creating/improving ideation framework & transform organization to intelligent Operation.

- Develop recommendations to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency.

- Conducting process governance audits / reviews.

- Responsible for managing the project business case & oversee the tracking of project/s risks/issues/dependencies.

- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation.

- Exposure to creating communication and change management strategies.

- Perform Audit for the project/initiatives from planning to reporting and deliver a quality product/service in line with standard guidelines for the business process.

- Monitor key risk indicators, significant changes activities & escalation of emerging business issues to management in a timely fashion.
