Overview:
- Responsible for handling digital transformation initiatives from building material manufacturing and sales perspective across the organization
- Handle end-to-end project management activities including project tracking & reporting.
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:
- Overall experience of 10+ years to develop and deliver transformation strategy for enhancing customer experience, optimization & revamp of sales process customized to building material industry.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives, translating them into actionable product requirements.
- Evaluate, select, and implement digital tools and technologies that enhance the sales process, including CRM systems, sales automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Create & own product roadmap for all digital products in line with business requirements.
- Analyse and streamline existing sales processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless development and roll-out of products.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery of digital products.
Experience: 10+ years
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Critical Skills:
- Strong Change Management skills
- Excellent problem solving & team collaboration skills
- Communication Skills: Fluent English written and verbal.
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholder
