Digital Transformation - Senior Manager
Your key responsibilities :
- Lead client engagements and oversee multiple work-streams
- Lead the delivery / execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations
- Develop solutions to the customer challenges and identify gaps and areas of improvement
- Identify global best practices, contribute to brand development by developing thought leadership and point-of views along with knowledge development and management
- Demonstrate significant industry / solution expertise
- Manage senior external/internal stakeholders independently
- Actively participate in business development activities to handle key client accounts and identify additional business opportunities
- Independently lead large-scale client proposals
- Mentor, coach, and supervise team members and support people development through guidance and feedback
Experience: Must have 12+ of relevant experience (with extensive experience in the digital transformation)
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA from tier-1 B-School preferred
- Experience in leading large-scale transformation projects (operating model design and transformation, implementation of digital initiatives, Process digitization/ migration, etc.)
- Experience in Agile/ Scrum
- Experience in developing business strategy for financial services organization
- Experience in leading a project (or workstream) and knowledge of high-level business solution design covering customer journey design, process improvement/ design and high-level functional systems design (e.g., use cases)
- Past experience of designing products in the financial services domain (e.g., CASA, lending, cards, IB, asset management)
- Well-versed with global trends and innovations, and ability to leverage EY expertise to address client business needs
Good to have:
- Experience working with Global Banks/ other geographies
- Certifications: CSPO,CBAP, CSM, SAFe, Prince 2, PMP
