About the Role:
We are looking for a Sr. Manager - Digital Sales to build, engage and retain our community and customer base. Key responsibilities include complete ownership of sales across multiple social media and ecommerce platforms. This is a startup and candidates should be aware that there will fluidity in terms of responsibilities assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete ownership of driving financial metrics including revenue & AOV
- Work seamlessly across channels in optimizing all social media (eg. Instagram and Facebook) and 3rd party D2C partner relationships (including ecommerce sales on Amazon, Flipkart etc.)
- Lead the evolution of company's D2C business from marketing execution to post-analysis
- Collaborate marketing team to ensure we are maximizing CRM and D2C opportunities
- Lead an ongoing strategic analysis of competitive landscape
Skills we are looking for:
- 5+ years of direct response and e-commerce experience in an integrated, multi-channel marketing environment
- History of driving business growth through digital sales channels
- Superior analytic skills, and the ability to compile, analyze and leverage performance data to both identify new opportunities and optimize current campaigns
- Deep background in consumer marketing via online media sources including paid search, SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, CRM and social media (Instagram, Facebook etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in consumer segmentation strategy
- Track record of analyzing and growing new consumer acquisition programs
- Experience in FMCG / Household-care products would be a plus
- Experience with digital, mobile, and apps a plus
