Urgently looking for candidate for Sr. Manager - Digital Publishing with a leading Group for Gurgaon location.
Candidate should have experience in handling the k12 Digital Product.
Job Responsibilities
1. Digital Product Strategy, Market Research and Competition Landscape (Stakeholders andIndustry)
2. Develop Strategy and Vision and roadmap for the organization's digital product. This should include Digital function strategy, platform strategy, UI/UX driven metrices, quality of tech, industry-first features if any, BCP, assessment of available industry best practices, develop the metrices of success of product, user experience and revenue.
3. Responsible for Quality and user experience, which should align products and services to organization's global brand and quality guidelines and standards.
4. Ensure highest user experience through uninterrupted availability of platform (zero downtime) and data access.
5. Product Development and Management within the defined budgets and Timelines
6. Measure Usage and ROI: active users, developments/initiatives taken to enhance usage.
7. Vendor/Partner Management
8. Team Management
Skills Required
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working on Digital projects in Education Publishing.
- Excellent Communication skills
