Responsibilities and Duties :
- Work on the day to day app monitoring, development and enhancement
- Analyze the current customer behavior and app usage and work on improving the user flow
- Monitor customer feedback and actively work on preparing a plan of action to resolve the same
- Use of various analytics tool to define and improve the customer journey
- Vendor management and coordination with internal tech teams to work on customer issue and sprint planning and management.
Qualifications & Experience :
- MBA with technology background will be preferred
- 5 + years of relevant experience in app development and broking domain knowledge
- Experience on working on analytics tools and product management role
