Senior Manager - Digital Platforms Solutions - DTH - IT/Online/Telecom

- The lead is required to conceptualize and enable implementation of technical solutions by closely working with IT and key stakeholders towards improving subscriber experience, reducing cost or creating a revenue opportunity.

- The role is required to drive internal stakeholders & business partners to deliver a solution that can help business stakeholders deliver their business objectives. This specific position will be responsible for Digital platforms.

- The role is required to interface with various sub-functions within customer operations and across departments and understand business priorities that need technical solutions enablement. Is required to map business needs/problems/opportunities, gather and analyze data on business requirements and prepare requirement analysis document /business case/business requirement document.
