Role Summary:
- We are looking for a tenacious & persistent growth leader to build an envious sales funnel for the attachments vertical.
- We are looking for a person who will open conversations with primarily (BFSI, Fintech and other platforms) and on-board partners in line with revenue expectations.
Key Focus areas:
This position will be responsible for:
- Building a robust sales pipeline for B2B deals for the vertical
- Prospecting, hunting & closing deals to onboard new partners to drive revenues.
- Manage end to end on-boarding of new partners
- Manage partner on-boarding providing clear view on stages of engagement vs planned timelines
- Ensure partner specific engagement SOPs are followed
- Work with Tech team to ensure best in class onboarding experience to partners (Interface between partner tech teams & ALIC tech teams during integrations)
- Provide regular market/environment feedback as inputs to strategy
Qualifications & Competencies:
Must have:
- Technical background with MBA OR Significant B2B sales experience (10+ years)
- Should have fair experience in BFSI
- Inclination towards learning
- Needs to be receptive and outspoken
- Skilled in Social selling
- Demonstrated prioritization skills
- Ability to build/start from the scratch. This position will involve cold calling to build the pipeline.
Good to have:
- Sales experience in solution selling of digital products/Fintech start-ups/Experience in enterprise sales (Hunting profile)
