Resource will reporting to : Associate Director, Digital & Social marketing
Experience:
- Essential: 5-8 yrs of experience in managing digital Media spends and Has managed 40cr+ of digital spends in the past
Responsibilities:
- Key responsibilities will be Digital Media Planning, Digital Media Buying, Digital Media Sponsorships and Media Analytics.
- Define Targeting, Platforms & Publishers
- Drive Campaign flighting, creative distribution & phasing to drive campaign objectives.
- Continue to define KPIs at campaign, Publisher, Format, market, and Establish Media Buying Metrics basis format/ platform/ objectives
- Drive efficiency in media buying basis above/ Increase ROI on media spend
- Ability to create Sponsorship calendar in line with the brand calendar.
- Drive Campaign Performance, Creative Performance, Platform performance. Data frameworks & Automation
- Lead Attribution set up and modelling
- Sharing of analytics & insights with relevant internal teams
Skills Required:
- DV360/ DCM / Facebook / Instagram, AdWords, Programmatic
- Martech Understanding - GTM, GA, Attribution tools, measurement tools. Basic understanding of Programmatic setup - DSP, DMP, SSP
- Data Studio, BI, tableau, GMP stack, SQL knowledge is a bonus
- Innovative and Detail Orientated
- Good at Negotiation skills and Articulation

- Excellent communication skills
Stake holders:
