Job Description:


- We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives for a dynamic Digital Marketing Agency and a Service-Based Company.

- The ideal candidate will strategize, plan, and execute digital campaigns that drive brand growth, generate leads, and boost online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to agency and service-based industries.

- Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to develop innovative marketing plans.

Campaign Management:

- Oversee paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and build client relationships.

- Manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

Content Marketing:

- Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and websites.

- Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, audience-targeted material.

Social Media Management:

- Manage and optimize social media platforms for brand visibility and engagement.

- Work on influencer collaborations to enhance brand credibility and reach.

Performance Marketing & Analytics:

- Drive performance marketing efforts, including PPC, retargeting, and affiliate marketing.

- Track campaign performance metrics and ROI using tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, content creators, and designers.

- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

- Client Relationship Management (For Agency Role).

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

- Present campaign reports and recommendations to clients to improve outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.

- Proficient in using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM platforms.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
