Role: Senior Manager - Digital Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive demand for company's offering solutions all digital channels - these would include our paid social, search (PPC), and other advertising programs with our digital partners
- Work with our lead generation team to target potential customers through our outbound marketing and account-based marketing strategies
- Build and execute against a digital advertising budget to drive conversions (leads) for Company's solutions
- Work with our creative team to optimize for the right ad to the right person at the right time across our segments, customers and geographies
- Work closely and collaborate with our website team to drive increased web traffic and conversions
- Measure your results test and learn and improve. It's what we do as a team, it's what this job is ultimately all about.
- Collaborate across our marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on our strategy and execution
Desired Profile:
Workex: Minimum 8 - 10 years- experience managing conversion based digital programs at a SaaS, technology company or digital marketing agency.
Key Skills:
- Proven success designing and running conversion rate optimization experiments in Adwords (PPC), Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Sharp data led approach to maximising output (scale of conversions) and efficiency (CPL).
- Build an experimentation framework and conduct A/B tests with clear success/failure metrics to improve funnel effectiveness and also feed back into what consumer journey influencing experiments can be turned into to broaden the funnels.
- Strong understanding of remarketing campaigns to re-engage with users using platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills you will be working with other teams everyday
Education: Degree in advertising, marketing, or other business- related field and certification in digital marketing (Google Certified Professional) is preferred.
