JOB TITLE: Sr Manager - Digital Marketing

Expected Qualification Details: A combination of B. Tech/BCA + MBA from good institutes
Expected Overall Years Of Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in an internet company, with a track record of achieving demonstrable results in digital brand building / monetization.
Principal Responsibilities:
The role would be directly responsible for managing, growing and monetizing of digital and social media assets of Fever FM and Radio Nasha - both in terms of developing short term and long term brand and monetization strategy as well as day-to-day execution of the strategy
- Responsible for formulation and implementation the 3-year digital marketing strategy for Fever FM and Radio Nasha in terms of the digital product, GTM and growing revenues from digital (product and content) as well as using the digital space to build the brand
- Make Fever FM and Radio Nasha the most - buzzy- brand in radio and entertainment digital space through innovations, leveraging existing strengths and building new strengths
- Amplify Fever's key brand pegs in the digital space - music, bollywood, sports, innovation, local connect and CSR
- Establish Radio Nasha as India's first and only cool retro station and appropriate the position of - nostalgia / phir wahi deewangi- for the brand
- Building & deployment of business plans with special focus on social media, website optimization & mobile marketing initiatives
- Support Fever Audio Tools (FAT) in building the YouTube Channel, attracting traffic to existing digital assets and in monetization of content in digital ecosystem
- Aggressively deploy digital to build salience with listeners and customers in existing and new markets - 13 Fever and 2 Radio Nasha stations
- High engagement of customers (B2B) through digital marketing
- Developing market specific opportunities for Digital Marketing by investigating new subjects; quickly provide intelligence
- Advise on global and Indian industry innovations and audience insights
- The role will work with other teams like offline marketing, sales and technology on cross-functional projects - thus adding value to projects critical to the company's future
- Create and support an environment that breeds and shares - best digital practices- among the team members
- Drive awareness of emerging digital media trends & how the brand can adopt
- Working closely with Offline media team to ensure alignment with overall marketing priorities
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Experience in digital content monetization
- Conversant with handling various aspects of digital marketing like SEO, SEM, website optimization, web and mobile display advertising, google analytics, social media and email/SMS marketing, content monetization, etc.
- This is a critical role handling critical digital assets therefore, requires a person who is analysis-driven and focused on ROI
- Balance sharp analysis of data with tough negotiation with vendors and agencies
