Job Description:
a. Own & manage digital marketing channels
b. Own complete P&L of the channel and formulate a data-driven strategy for business growth
c. Execute digital marketing plans to achieve these goals
d. Experimenting & ramping up new channels
e. Work closely with cross-functional teams in the formulation and execution of plans, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions
Qualifications/Desired Attributes:
a. Education: B.Tech/MBA from a premier institute
b. Comprehensive understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem and digital properties
c. High analytical & problem-solving ability
d. A hands-on approach for executing experiments and setting processes
e. Hustler with a go-getter attitude
f. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing goalposts and responsibilities
g. High levels of motivation, energy & drive to ensure relevant goals are achieved
