Position - Senior Manager - Digital
Department - Marketing & CRM
Reporting to - Chief manager - Digital marketing
Job Purpose:
1. Mobile app development
2. App marketing & ASO implementation
3. Handle digital loyalty programs
4. Online campaigns for customer acquisition and retention through digital channels, alliance marketing, development of online offerings etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities:
a) Mobile app development
- Work with the in-house development team for the app development. Liaise between the vendors and the internal stakeholders for all the UX/UI and to build new features in the app
b) App Marketing
- Targeted download plan via multiple channels
- Implementation of ASO
c) Build & Manage the referral programs from the app
d) Manage online alliances and conduct joint campaigns to increase leads and conversions
e) Co-coordinating with the sales team & increasing the online business
f) Specialized skills in managing the mobile app with marketing & download plans
h) Manage loyalty programs for existing customers
Job Requirements:
- MBA - Marketing Tier II or III B- School, At least 2 Digital Marketing Certifications
- 5-7 years in Digital Marketing
- Sales driven
- Exposure to Customer data platforms and Marketing automation tools
- Agency Management
- Media Planning Skills, Analytical Skills etc.
- Google Adwords Certification - within last one year
- Good communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
- Attention to Details
- Innovative
- Good Leadership Qualities
