JOB Description:
- Media planning and buying for digital advertising to meet marketing/ business objectives
- Plan and lead the direction of internet marketing initiatives through strategy and implementation across all marketing channels/activities: SEO (Google Web Master& Analytics), SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Display Ads, Retargeting, Paid Campaigns, etc.
- Develop and execute strategy & road-map for digital campaigns.
- Instrumental in identifying conversion points and user funnels as per analytical tools. Also optimize marketing spend based on data and assess performance against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
- Review technologies and explore emerging trends in the digital landscape and technology to find ways to more effectively deliver the business objectives.
- Focus on client acquisition through digital marketing
- Work with the Business SBUs to plan and implement all digital campaign collateral while keeping in mind consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to develop digital communications as per brief
- Work with analytics tools and 3rd party providers to spot trends, predict behaviours and devise outreach and performance strategies accordingly

Candidate profile:
- MBA (Specializing in Marketing)from a recognised university
- 7+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and online in an agency or services brand; leading and managing performance campaigns that include Email, Affiliate, SEM, social etc.
- Short course on Digital Marketing may help
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and induce adoption
- Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on/execution capacity.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Team player
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Demonstrates high degree of flexibility and initiative
- Challenges status quo and drives positive change
Salary Range: 12 - 15 LPA
