Senior Manager - Digital Marketing (Looking for candidates from E-commerce companies only)
Accountabilities :
- Use of Digital Platforms to drive Acquisition
- Drive Repeat using Digital Channels
- Creative Digital Strategy for engagement of brand across channels
- Leverage in-house tech to influence Customer Lifecycle, Hyperlocal engagement
Metrics :
- Drive new acquisition by using digital channels - Facebook/Instagram/Google/
- ROI of campaign - optimized media selection and budgets to achieve growth
- Turnaround of struggling cafes by influencing acquisition
- Drive repeat behaviour through digital channels, working with CLM
- Social media brand engagement, execution of creative campaigns across digital channels App downloads, referral, I2E1, hyperlocal marketing & offers
Key Competencies :
Strategy : Able to think top down in a structured way, design experiments and iterate quickly
Execution : Should be detail oriented and ready to get hands dirty
