We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years experience in digital marketing with 2+ years+ experience in using CleverTap

Job description:

1. Ensure CRM systems are an effective sales channel for generating revenue & retention.

2. Effectively collaborate and manage relationships with senior members of other business teams to drive retention business.

3. Identify automation opportunities to replace human interventions and increase operational efficiency.

4. Leverage data to analyse conversion and engagement funnel and optimize campaigns.

5. Derive and use customer insights to create cohorts/personas and design campaign strategy with targeted communication.

6. Be a gatekeeper of superior customer experience and brand voice on CRM.

7. Collaborate with the product and technology team for data pipeline set up, integration of CRM tools, and data architecture.

Required Skillset:

- Extensive hand-on experience on Mar-Tech tools like Adobe Campaign, Unica, CleverTap, Web Engage, etc.

- Proficient in deriving insights from analytics tools like Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)

- Effective communicator

- Ability to simplify complicated matter
