Senior Manager - Marketing REPORTING TO:

Head - Sales & Business Development MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Responsible for all marketing initiatives for the company with the intention of creating a brand differentiator. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Digital:

- Create and execute the Digital Campaign Calendar. Ideate and manage ROI- mapped Digital Campaigns.

- Responsible for the Online Lead Generation activities on social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram etc. and various other channels of mutual fund interface). Also to implement strategies to drive traffic to these sites via search engine optimization and other approaches.

- Leverage various platforms including distributor led platforms to increase awareness and sales

- Responsible for building AUM and revenue generation as per company benchmarks and achieving revenue targets.

- Devise strategies for driving relationships, and market share from the online distributors.

- Maintaining monthly MIS reports. Track & rectify any gaps in daily Sales MIS for the channel. Coordination with Customer Service teams to provide best in class service to this specific channel

- Drive conversions from prospective online investors through assisted sales.

- Creating online marketing materials including social-media posts, e-mails, blogs mailers, infographics, and other marketing materials to enhance presence and eyeballs in the digital world with assistance from Investment Marketing/Investment team

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and initiatives at various stages of the product lifestyle, including fund launches and investor retention campaigns

- Work closely with compliance, legal, and other departments, as well as design professionals, to develop digital marketing campaigns that target various demographic groups.

- Ensure high quality service. Develop and maintain end to end / long- term customer and online distributor relationship management and acquisition.

- Conduct competitor and market research to understand industry and competitive trends on investment strategies and engagement efforts.

- Maintain data base of all online platforms and information.

- Ensure all leads contacted within stipulated TAT.

- Strengthen working relationships with current channel partners to entrench the brand and advance sales.

- Develop multiple communication strategies.

- Work closely with the other members in the Sales & Marketing team to understand how sales & marketing collateral can make the business development process stronger.

- Offer support to channel partners on marketing material, product information, investment strategies, investment outlook and joint calls with prospective channel

- Keep abreast with latest developments in the organization's products and services.

- Assist prospects in the DIY Journey and guide them in the online investment process.

Brand:

- Support the development of communication strategies and Analyzing or creating brand attributes and brand positioning.

- Ensuring translation of brand attributes in execution.

- Execute and oversee qualitative and quantitative market research when required

Coordinate and manage:

- the Web Agency w.r.t site maintenance and overall brand consistency

- new technology initiatives ,e.g :mobile marketing

- the media agency and contributing to media strategies

Communications:

- Developing communication strategies for industry, customer and internal stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain media relationships.

- Support other department and teams in planning and execution of desired deliverables.

- Responsible for creating and implementing Content Calendar.

Operations:

- Ensure adherence to marketing activities calendared jointly with the team.

- Regular updates on the website including all regulatory requirements, NAV updates etc, for eg. Be complied with fortnightly/monthly portfolio update, factsheet creative orientation and execution.

- Manage execution of advertising opportunities, which involve both 'Above-the-Line' (ATL) as well as 'Below-the-line' (BTL) activities.

- Managing the production and effective distribution of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers - involves writing and proofreading copy, and liaising with advertising agencies, designers and printers.

- Organising and attending events in coordination with the agencies

Relationship Management :

- Liaising and building relationships with a range of stakeholders including vendors, suppliers, agencies & rating outfits.

- Managing the relationship with the PR agency (if any) and coordinate PR related activities.

- Working closely with the compliance & product development team.

- Working closely with Business Development team.

- Monitoring competitor activity and providing updates.

- Managing budgets by negotiating effectively with vendors.

- Coordinate with Compliance for necessary clearances of advertising and marketing related activities.

- Maintenance of the investor & distributor database.

- Draft and ensure delivery of regular communication with the database.

- Implement and maintain online events and new media campaigns eg. mobile

Job Description :

Auditors EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

- MBA (Marketing) with Digital Marketing Specialization.

- Minimum 5-7 years of core work experience in Digital Marketing with at least 2-3 years of experience with a mutual fund /insurance/private bank/wealth management in the area of marketing.

- Understanding of retail financial and mutual products.

- Understanding of customer segments, competitors, product suite of all mutual funds.

- Knowledge of regulatory environment, relevant guidelines will be an added advantage.

- Exceptional verbal, presentation and written communications skills must.

- NISM certified mandatory.

- Flair for technology and a consummate digital netizen.

- Ability to lead, influence & collaborate. KEY ATTRIBUTES:
