Senior Manager - Digital Marketing - BFS

Location: Mumbai

Position Purpose: Responsible for the formation, execution, and management of the company's digital development & marketing efforts to enhance firms reputation and increase customer base.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Overseeing all aspects of digital development, including software development, website & app development, digital marketing, and emerging technologies

- Drive innovation and stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the digital landscape.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between digital initiatives and business goals.

- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships related to digital development projects. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in digital development processes

- Analyze, plan and execute all web, database marketing, email, social media, and search, display advertising campaigns.

- Reviewing and optimizing design, content of all company digital assets

- SEM / SEO campaign ideation, planning and execution along with monitoring web traffic metrics

- Designing and building automated email marketing flows and email campaigns including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.

- Conceptualizing and design hyper personalization, insight-based campaigns.

- Creating A/B split tests of marketing assets to improve campaign performance.

- Measures and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Visualize and build required analytics dashboard and insight tools

- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
