Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

- Design and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Identify and target customer personas to maximize engagement and conversions.

Campaign Management:

SEO and Website Management:

- Collaborate with the web development team for updates and improvements.

Social Media Marketing:

- Manage social media platforms, engaging with audiences and growing followers.

- Use tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Insights to track and improve performance.

Email Marketing:

- Design and execute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.

- Segment customer lists for personalized targeting.

Market Research:

- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

- Experiment with innovative tools and technologies to enhance marketing efforts.

- Experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2C.

- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO tools.

- Strong understanding of digital channels, customer journey mapping, and audience targeting.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills:
