Senior Manager - Digital Lending - BFSI

Sr. Manager Digital lending

Location : Mumbai

Experience - 3-5 years

must have : Experience in Project Management , Process Improvement, Process Management .familiar with STP process and understanding of digital lending

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Project management for Existing business Initiatives.

- Identify current opportunity in business and develop product with fintech partner's/ bank's.

- Coordinate with internal stake holders for execution of new product for higher fill-rate, keeping revenue as base model.

- Manage co-lending partnership and resolving issues through internal stake holders.

- To be well versed with Project management - defining project milestone & drive development teams to ensure delivery on time

- Coordination with internal Cross functional teams & External Partners.

- Identify the business impact of the project and drive for delivery

- New capability conventionalization and drive it till development & business integration

- Leverage new technologies and build relevant Business use Case.

- Close engagement with Business Stakeholders and Ensure the Business objective delivery by the channel

- Who works on new business initiatives or new product or technology side the best practices within the industry
