Senior Manager - Digital Initiatives - New Technologies

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Evaluation and implementation of upcoming technologies like Generative AI, Image AI, Machine Learning models, Blockchain, speech analytics, martech tools, AR/VR platforms, middleware/ API management tools & SFAs (Sales Field Force Applications)

- Assess rapidly changing technologies and apply them to business needs.

- Evangelize new digital projects based on identified business needs.

- Preparing business case in consultation with divisions & implement the same in coordination with partners.

- Drive change management & adoption programs for new projects & processes enabled through digital.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Candidate must have a Post Graduate Degree in Management with at least 5 years' experience in IT.

- Desirable but not mandatory - Graduation in Computer Science Engineering.

- Strong knowledge of current digital trends, emerging technologies, and digital platforms.

- Experience in evaluating and implementing digital solutions, including CMS, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and cloud-based technologies. Platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, Liferay, React Native, Python Django development

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
