Senior manager- Digital HR transformation
Role and Responsibilities :
- Bring deep functional and technology expertise and market insights to clients in specific domains (e.g. talent acquisition, workforce planning, total rewards, learning, etc.)
- Help deliver Digital HR Transformation programs, designing and deploying an integrated digital core (with HCM/Experience platform solutions such as Oracle HCM Cloud)
- Redefined the employee experience through digital transformation and its continual digital evolution
- Ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
- Manage and execute a change management plan using planning, communication and training skills
- Ability to work creatively and analytically demonstrating deep problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated success in contributing to a collaborative and distributed delivery environment
Education Requirements :- MBA Degree
- Experience in Project Management
- Excellent in Ms Office (Word, Power point, Excel, MS Project, Vision)
